Offer and acceptance

The Research Grants Administration and Funding Office (RGAF) will advise you in connection with the outcome of research grant applications, and the procedures surrounding the offer and acceptance of grants. Note that individual researchers are NOT authorised to accept funding on behalf of the university. Sydnovate will review Funding Agreements from commercial entities. Sydnovate will take responsibility for ensuring documents conform to university policy, and for acceptance and execution in accordance with university delegations of authority. Usually the director of Sydnovate will be authorised to accept, otherwise the document will be referred to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) or the Vice-Chancellor (depending on amount and duration of funding).
