The Research Grants Administration and Funding Office will provide the researcher with a copy of the funding agreement/conditions of award which specifies the reporting requirements. For large schemes, such as ARC and NHMRC, the Research Office will send reminders via its email contact lists and will set dates for the receipt of reports. For smaller schemes, you must make a note of the dates when reports are due (incorporate them into your grant management plan) and make sure that you provide the Research Office with your report in time for them to forward it to the funding body by the due date.
