The following units of the university will assist you in managing your grant.
The Research Grants Administration and Funding Office will assist you with:
1. Research funding tender or grant applications, research agreements, and sponsor requirements with non-commercial entities*; and
2. Research scholarship applications and scholarship agreements
*Non-commercial entities include all government departments, including the ARC, and not-for-profit organisations, other universities, charities, and public research funding bodies such as Research and Development Corporations (RDCs) and research foundations.

Sydnovate will assist you with:
1. Research agreements with commercial entities**
2. Linkage industry partners agreements
3. Scholarship agreements which are linked to a research agreement with a commercial entity
4. Consultancy and testing agreements
5. Tenders for research and/or consultancy for commercial entities
6. Patent licences and other IP licences
7. Material transfer agreements
8. Outgoing confidentiality agreements protecting the university’s IP
9. Visitors agreements.
** Commercial entities include for-profit companies and partnerships.
