When you have completed a milestone to which funding is linked you must advise your faculty/school finance officer. Provide them with a copy of your report and ask them to raise an invoice for your next payment. The organisation funding your research will only provide the next tranche of money on receipt of an official invoice from the university. Provide a copy of your request to your finance officer.
