Module 5 of the Future Research Leaders Program, ‘Financial Resource and Risk Management’, addresses the issue of budget development and management. Complete that module or at least access the on-line materials to cover the key recommendations on how to manage a research budget. The purpose of mentioning the subject here is to remind you of the importance of getting in place a system for managing your budget from day 1 of your project.
